Essential Functions of the Job
Managing all aspects of pricing operations, implementation and reporting with a goal of maximizing gross price and margins. Identifying and analyzing price data from a variety of ERP systems using best practices, standard methodologies and tools. The candidate will define and ultimately be responsible for driving Transactional and contractual pricing actions and performance on a weekly basis while collaborating cross functionally with Business Leadership, Finance, Offering Management, Sales, and IT to accelerate and fully capture price globally.
ü Actionable understanding of current Contractual entitlements to drive price performance
ü Strong discount controls and and keep the trajectory of high win% manging Pricing Deal Desk / Standard Price Management (PROS) tools deployment and Global Analytics.
ü Ensure consistent reporting and communication of transactional and contractual pricing globally and realted digital deployments
Job Activity
Drive and report weekly Price performance on Value, Transactional, Pass-Thru and Contract price initiatives
Implement, track & report schedule of executive approval, discount management, Price waterfall analysis and target price metrics by product lines / customers
Ensure we enter into contracts with good price entitlement and flexibility (e.g. mechanisms to pass thru inflation, duties and tariffs)
Build consistent and sustainable Pricing practices to deliver value across businesses
YOU MUST HAVE
Graduate degree in Finance or Engineering, or Business. Post-Graduate preferred
Track record to manage total pricing procedure, enhance processes to make most of efficiencies and ensure timely response to market conditions.

Demonstrated experience and understanding linking price and business strategy

Analytical skills and more specifically being able to connect disparate information (data from different sources, processes, people, etc)
Results focused with successful record of accomplishments through skilled use of influence, persuasion, negotiation, and problem resolution
We value
Significant experience in financial analysis, sales, marketing, data management, IT / digital tools with 4+ years in Pricing
Commercial mindset with the ability to influence senior leadership
Ability to translate strategy to execution. Results minded with a focus on execution
Demonstrated ability to lead large transformational projects working with multiple function
Highly desire pricing manaement tool experience on SAP, PROS, Tableau
