Applications are invited for Medical Officer (Ayush) Post on Contract
Basis under the NHM to work in Jogulamba Gadwal District.
The following are eligible candidates to apply for the posts in terms of
G.O. Rt.No. 88, Health, Medical & Family Welfare (E.1) Department, Date: 13-03-2016
for Educational Qualification & As per Circular NHM Rc.No. 96/NUHM/HWC/2017,
Date: 30-03-2021 for other guidelines.

The Application may be downloaded from the official website of the
www.gadwal.telangana.gov.in from 02/03/2022 to09/03/2022.
The downloaded Application shall be filled in by the Candidates, duly
enclosing the required copies of certificates and shall be submitted in O/o DM&HO.,
Jogulamba Gadwal, Last date for submission of Application is 09-03-2022 at 5.00 PM.
I. Method ofRecruitment
The recruitment is made on contract basis and the contract is initially for a period
of one year and renewal will be as per the need and NHM yearly plan (PIP) and
also subject to satisfactory performance.

Selection will be based on the following criteria:
(i) Total marks are 100 of which (90) marks will be allotted basing on

the marks obtained in qualifying examination and (10) marks will

b e awarded for the age. Weight-age for age will be reckoned from

(18) years of age of the candidate. (0.5) mark will be awarded for

one completed year of age with a maximum of 10 marks. The age

willbe reckoned as on 01-07-2021. (Example 1. If a candidate

completes 20 years as on 01-07-2021, he/she will be awarded 1.0

mark;Example2.Ifacandidatecompletes30yearsofageason01-07-
2021, he/she will be awarded 6.0 marks).
Selection will be done on Merit Basis
Selection will be done based on the following criteria:

(ii) Merit Lists shall be prepared separately for each of the
categoriesofpost.

(a) The selection to the positions shall be done by exhausting all the

eligible candidates from the Merit List of Medical Officers-

(Ayurvedhic) & Medical Officer (Naturopathy).

(iii) Merit list will be prepared based on the marks criteria and displayed on
Official website of transparency and also for callingobjections.

(iv) Selections list will be prepared from the finalized merit list duly following

the Rule of Reservation (RoR) and PresidentialOrders.

II. II) The remunerationshall be fixed as per NHM Guidelines

III. III) Age:-
The minimum age is (18) years and the maximum age is (34) years.

The minimum and maximum age shall be reckoned as on 01.07.2021 with the

following reservation allowed for reckoning the maximum age limit as per rules

in force:

(1) ForS.Cs.,S.Ts&BCs5(five)years

(2) For ex-service men 3 (three ) years in addition to the length of service in
armedforces

(3) Disabled persons 10 (ten)years

V) Rule ofReservations

(i) Rule of Reservations in respect of Community, Disability, Ex-Service

Men/Women shall be strictly observedas ordered by the Government of

Telangana from time totime.
(ii) The Rule of Reservations to local candidates is applicable as per the

Presidentialorder, 2018.
(iii) The districts should continue the existingRoster.
VI) How toApply

(i) Application forms along with instructions can be downloaded from the official
web site of the www.gadwal.telangana.gov.in

(ii) Filled in application form shall be submitted in person or through registered
post to the District Medical & Health Officer, Jogulamba Gadwal to which the

candidate is applying. Applications which are received after due dates will be

summarily rejected. District Selection Committee is notresponsible for

postdelays.

(iii) Self attested copies of the following Certificates should be enclosed

along with the applicationform:

1 S.S.C or Equivalent examination.
Intermediate or 10 + 2 examination.

3 Qualifying Examination Pass Certificate.
4 Marks Memos of all the years (qualifying examination)

5 Registration Certificates of respective Councils
6 Latest Caste Certificate issued by the Tahsildhar/MRO
concerned

7 Studycertificate for the years from 1stclass to 10t” class
andincase of Private study residence certificate from the

Tahsildhar/MROConcerned.
8 PH certificate in respect of candidates claiming reservation

underPH Quota.
9 Relevant certificates in respect of candidates claiming Ex-
serviceMen Quota.
10 1 Photograph duly pasted on the application form.

11 Acknowledgement Card.
12 Rs.300.00 DD infavour of DM&HO Jogulamba Gadwal SC.,ST.,

PHC., candidates exemption for DD.
