Position :
Job Description : The Role : The purpose of this role would be to efficiently manage
Validation function of IQVIA’s IRT platform and the resources allocated for the function Contract staffing function of the global Cenduit organization
Essential Functions:
Validation
Own the Standard Operating Procedures and manage the function as per the procedures
Assist with the development of system requirements and specifications to ensure requirements are testable and 21 CFR Part 11 requirements are met
Evaluate proposed changes to validated computer systems and recommend level of validation activities required
Develop CFR Part 11 computer systems validation plans, traceability matrices, reports, and all documents, and deliverables within the scope of the validation plan
Develop and maintain test plans, test scripts and user acceptance tests and manage the execution of test plans
Execute or oversee the execution of validation plans and validation documents
Own the Standard Operating Procedures of the team
With support from the Quality Assurance team, participate in audits done by client representatives
Work with Human Resources staff to recruit, interview, select, hire, and employ an appropriate number of employees.
Provide oversight and direction to the employees in accordance with the organization’s policies and procedures.
Coach, mentor, and develop staff, including overseeing new employee onboarding and providing career development planning and opportunities.
Contract Staffing
Liase with other global internal stake holders to accurately forecast the contract staffing requirements
Manage the budget allocated for contract staffing
Enforce controls in place to ensure quality and timely recruitment of contract staff
Performance management of the contract resources to ensure effective usage of the resources
Review the output artifacts of the contract resources, report variances and take actions
Identify and regularly report the KPIs of the function
Monitor SLA’s and escalate to internal stakeholders as needed.
Maintain relationship with the vendor
Weekly and monthly governance meetings with the vendor.
Coordinate with the managers and test leads for assignments, planning, and work products
Other Duties
In addition to the above, the role is also expected to take on additional responsibility as per the business demand. This includes
Design and coordination of long-term training on Cenduit systems and processes for all RnD staffs
Ensure the staffs comply to the policies and procedures of the business
Qualification, Skills and Competencies:
Bachelor’s Degree
Around 15+ years of experience in IT industry
Prior experience in line managing a product engineering team
Strong knowledge in agile development methodologies
Good Analytical and decision-making skills
Prior experience in vendor management is desirable
Prior experience in life sciences domain will be an added advantage
