Job Description : Order Management:1) Checking prescriptions, purchase orders received from the customers2) Ensuring appropriate packaging of cold chain products as per their required temperature conditions3) Ensuring timely delivery of orders to the customers4) Customer Relationship ManagementStock Management:1. Ensuring all cold-chain and other medicines are stocked and maintained properly 2. Checking all the available stock on a regular basis and present reports to the concerned authority3. Ensuring hygiene conditions in the stock roomQuality Control:1. Stores and packs cold-chain and other medicines for shipping to the customer, keeping with the prescription and other relevant temperature regulations2. Holds the basic knowledge of inventory and regulatory programs by knowing how to handle the incoming and outgoing check-in and packaging of medicines3. Responsible for timely delivery of goods to our customers as per the schedule and temperature parametersMiscellaneous:1. Performs other job related duties as required to ensure the goals and objectives of the department are metRequirement:Must have completed D.Pharm or B.Pharm in Pharmacy.
