As a member of the Intel Validation Engineering Group you’ll play an active role in validation and debug to ensure our products meet the highest quality standards before they reach our customers hands. In this position you will have the opportunity to work in a fast paced and high impact Intel validation team focused on Xeon and Networking products
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications: You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates
Minimum Qualifications
Looking for candidate with 6-12 years of experience. The candidate must have a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Computer Engineering or Computer Science with 6 years of experience OR a Master’s degree in Electrical/Computer Engineering or Computer Science with 4 years of experience in:
o Pre and Post Silicon validation
o Python Scripting, C/C++ Programming
o Debug skills and willingness to solve complex problems
o Linux OS, Windows OS
o Design, verification or validation disciplines
o System/platform level debug and root cause isolation
o Collaboration with cross-functional HW and SW team to solve complex issues and improve efficiency
o Ability to work with cross geo teams and deliver quality end solutions through comprehensive validation
o Strong self-initiative and persistence with ability to deal with ambiguity to focus and achieve end goals
o High focus on discipline in execution, a relentless pursuit of quality and excellent team orientation
Preferred Qualifications
o CPU Microarchitecture experience
o Experience in Boot/Reset, Power Management, Security, Networking validation
o Working experience of Hardware debug in Pre-silicon Emulation/FPGA and platforms
