Experience:
Minimun 3 years relevant exprience
Skills & Competencies required:
Strengthening the farmers producer organisation
Arrange the training capacity building plan for BODs
Facilitating to the FPOs for making vibrant business plans
Understanding of the agro commodities like Cotton, wheat, Soybean, green gram, pigeon peas, black gram and gram.
Understanding of value chain of the above commodities
Understanding value additions
Ability to work in a team
Ability of aggregation ware housing and transportation of agro commodities
Economic acumen of farmers’ financial cycle
Computer and technology savvy
Ability to work under pressure and get the team motivated

Job Profile:
Backward forward market linkages for Agri-commodities
Achieve the given marketing targets
Should be aware about legal aspects of agriculture marketing
Establishment of business linkages between Farmers producer Organisation and cotton ginners
Establishment of linkages between Farmers producer organization and buyers
Performing the business and coordinate the marketing activities
