Do you have the following background and professional skills?

6+ years of experience in project management and/or consulting (ideally in M&A, Strategy, Business Development, Corporate Finance, Reorganization)
Verifiable experience in managing programs and projects
Highly experienced in applying project management methods and processes
An academic degree/tertiary degree in Business Administration, finance or equivalent
Proven experiance in agile-framework-based projects and change management
A Master’s degree in project/business management or similar degree are a plus
A certification in project management is a differentiator e.g. Prince2, IPMA, PMI, Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma or similar is ideal
Solid relationship management skills and ability to coach, motivate and direct people
Customer focused and solution-oriented
Proven ability to work proactively, freely and in teams in an environment with tight deadlines
Contract and suppliers management experience is a plus
Fully fluent verbal and written skills in English
Fully proficient in Microsoft applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, PowerBI, Teams)

About the job
You will

Lead transformational projects and project teams across regions and business functions to deliver impactful changes for RHI Magnesita
Drive the project’s lifecycle from setup, detailed planning to execution and closure
Enhance the team members skills and accountability to reach the project deliverables
Manage M&A integration project’s planning and implementation tightly aligned with the M&A Process development and Business case for the deal. Subsequently developing a plan for “Day One” execution and the post-day one roadmap
Enable and expedite decision processes through regular updates towards project owner, steering committee, and other key stakeholders in the organization
Develop the change management strategies to ensure successful change implementation and adoption derived from your project across the organization
Act as a mentor and first point of contact to expand project management capabilities across the project management community of the India, West Asia & Africa region.
Contribute to the improvement of RHIM’s project framework by collecting feedback from the Project Teams
Support the execution of the regional projects portfolio by conducting the regular project cycle reviews: coordinating the formal capture, analysis and remedial action of project-related improvement opportunities found and supporting the implementation of derived recommendations
Provide proper project status visibility through the maintenance of clean project documentation and regular update of the SAP PPM Tool and others alike
