Job Description : Position Receptionist cum Tele-caller

Minimum Qualification Graduate in any stream with minimum 2 years of office work exposure

Business understanding should be able to translate Work directions into clear targets

Good computer and EPABX knowledge, General awareness about auto line requirements

Role/Responsibility Plan and execute reception activities – job card opening, customer handling, staff coordination and marketing calls to customers ensuring efficient running of the workshop reception area and high customer satisfaction

Call up customers for Advance bookings, campaign information, and service feedback collection

Ensure workshop cleanliness and timely supply of refreshments to customers and internal staff

Salary Rs.10000 pm
