Job Position: Receptionist

Gender Preference: Female

Experience: 2+ years

Location: Sindhu bhavan Road, Ahmedabad

Job Duration – Permanent / full time /work from office

CTC: 15000 to 17000 per month

Office Timing: 10 AM to 7PM

Working Days: 6 Days

Qualification- Any Graduate / PG

Job Description –

Handling front desk

To perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks

Required pleasant personality as it is a customer service role also

Roles & Responsibilities –

Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls. Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/ email. Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office. Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g., pens, forms and brochures). Receive, sort and distribute daily mail deliveries. Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (monitor logbook, issue visitor badges). Update calendars and schedule meetings. Keep updated records of office expenses. Solid written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g., fax machines and printers).
