As an analyst, you will be responsible for the development, implementation, and support of SharePoint sites for our various administrative solution teams and users, as well as ensuring their proper functioning.

Due to our constant growth, we are looking for talented candidates for the following position:
More specifically, your main responsibilities will be to:
Act as a technical expert in the implementation, design, maintenance, and user support for the intranet of the pension administration department.
Ensure that we respond to the various requests for support and updates of our Intranet sites.
Create various SharePoint sites and respond to requests for additions/modifications.
Create and/or prioritize certain types of change requests or anomalies to be corrected in our SharePoint sites.
Participate as an expert in the analysis of the need and design of new sites.
Implement and maintain the necessary regression tests when making changes to our SharePoint sites.
Maintain various existing procedures and documentation.
Train users on the correct way to use the sites made available to them.
Ensure that existing developments allow us to easily migrate to future versions of SharePoint.
Prepare some statistical reports on the frequentation / use of the various existing pages and sites.
Your profile:
SharePoint Analyst (Intranet site) with 3-5 years experience, have college education in computer science, computer engineering or related work experience.
Minimum 1 year experience in a client-facing or customer service role
Minimum 2 years of experience with a recent version of Microsoft SharePoint 2019 and SharePoint Designer.
Minimum 2 years of experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript languages.
Good knowledge Power Automate and Power Apps.
Have a good knowledge of MS Office.
Fluent communication skills in English, both orally and in writing.
Strong analytical skills and demonstrate creativity in problem solving.
Work well in a team as well have a track record of being able to work independently with minimal oversight.
Keen to learn and teach yourself new technologies
Organized, with good time management skills, and a track record of delivering to deadlines
Have good customer service skills and the ability to communicate with the public.
Demonstrate organization, initiative, and thoroughness in your work.
Be recognized for his analytical and summarizing skills, organizational skills, and flexibility in managing multiple projects, as well as his enthusiasm.
Demonstrate creativity, thoroughness, and initiative in your work.
French communication skills are an asset.
