Job Description : Qualifications
Understand user requirements and develop Visualization reports and Dashboards
Understanding of how multiple data sources can be consolidated together to produce BI Solutions
Work with business stakeholders to understand business needs and reporting
Translate business needs to technical specifications
Data modeling, detailed definition, and mapping
Build ETL’s and integrate data from other systems
Test and validate all data
Conduct unit testing and troubleshooting
Develop and execute database queries and conduct analyses
Troubleshoot and enhance dashboard performance
Develop and update technical documentation
Ability to work collaboratively with architecture, development and test teams to interpret requirements
Ability to adapt with changing priorities and direction
Ability to work independently while supporting multiple projects in a dynamic environment
Excellent time management skills and attention to detail is required
Good verbal/written communication skills
Strong problem-solving ability, critical thinking skills, creative/innovative thinking
Ability to efficiently support multiple simultaneous work streams, including projects and program initiatives, and prioritize, manage, and execute effectively with compressed time lines
Ability and desire to learn new skills and techniques
Requirements
5+ years of experience in designing and maintaining a data warehouse and BI toolset
3+ years of experience of Data transformation, Data management & ETL processes.
5+ years of experience with Birst Visualizer and Designer report development, Birst NBI reporting using blending of custom data
5+ years of experience with Birst ADR design and Live access data modeling
3+ years of experience with end to end data extract pipeline.
Experience in a variety of BI tools like Tableau is plus
3+ years of experience in T-SQL, stored procedures in MS SQL 2014 or latest
Experience in fine tuning of SQL queries for performance tuning.
Problem-solving skills is mandatory
