Job Summary
Lead and own all technical aspects of project delivery and solution delivery including â¿¢ Application UI Configuration â¿¢ Workflow Configuration â¿¢ Implement range of product offered by ServiceNow â¿¢ Develop Custom Applications â¿¢ Manage ServiceNow instance upgrade and improve its performance â¿¢ Development Integration components â¿¢ Be a key member of the overall implementation project team â¿¢ Prepare all customer facing and internal deliverables that are technology related â¿¢ Drive the continuous improvements of our implementation methodology and service offerings based on customer experiences In order to be successful in this role we need someone who has: â¿¢ More than 5 years of Exp. in ServiceNow implementations and software development â¿¢ Managed ServiceNow instance upgrade â¿¢ Strong interpersonal skills customer centric attitude ability to deal with cultural diversity â¿¢ Proven team player and team builder â¿¢ Expertise in writing JavaScript code â¿¢ Familiarity with SOA technologies including as REST SOAP â¿¢ Expertise with HTML technologies including HTML CSS and AJAX practices. â¿¢ Experience in coding object oriented and modularized software â¿¢ Demonstrated success completing complex projects on time â¿¢ Demonstrated aptitude for learning new technologies quickly â¿¢ Proven experience as a key technical resource leading the development of solutions â¿¢ Demonstrated ability to influence and consult (providing options with pros cons and risks) around all key technical decisions during project delivery Good to have experience â¿¢ Experience in designing developing scalable and distributed system. â¿¢ Solid presentation skills â¿¢ Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
