Responsible for providing Design Data Management tool solutions to enable the design flow of various chip design projects to seamlessly continue their activities. The IT-DDM engineer gets to work on multiple Configuration Management (CM) architectures that built around different CM tools. The various functions of the role include (but not limited to) enabling, managing day-to-day activities, automation to enable continuously evolving solutions and debugging issues, migration from legacy DDM environment to supported DDM environment.
Qualifications

Minimum qualifications: Bachelor Degree in Computer/Information Science/Electronics Engineering or equivalent with min. 3 years job experience in one or more of the following: 1. Hands-on experience of Configuration Management (CM) system, experience in setting up any CM tool e.g., Perforce/GIT/ClearCase/SVN/ClioSoft etc. 2. Hands-on experience to scripting/programming in Shell/Perl/Python in Linux/Unix environment. 3. DevOps exposure and understanding of setting up a Continuous Integration (CI)/ Continuous Deployment (CD) system 4. Good communication skills Desirable qualities: Innovative/out-of-the box problem identification/solution skills Eagerness to learn (exposure opportunities provided by IT-DDM would be excellent)
