Job Description : This position is located within the Analytics and Business Intelligence group, which provides end-to-end Data
Management & Business Analytics solutions to support MetLife Business operations and strategy. The incumbent would work as part of this team to support the BI data management tools.
Job Responsibilities:
Ability to manage and support stakeholders for Business Analytics solutions
Expertise is needed in data discovery and visualization platforms like Alteryx, Tableau etc.
Performed tuning & production support for existing BI applications
Experience in data extraction, data loading, incremental loading, deployment activities of visual analytics
Translate business requirement needs to technical specifications
Experience in SQL scripting
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Ability to work in data discovery and visualization solutions through Alteryx & Tableau
Expertise in SQL
Preference for Audit domain knowledge
Ability to establish priorities and handle multiple assignments concurrently with minimal direction in an evolving, fast paced work environment
Ability to communicate effectively
Demonstrate ability to work independently and in a team environment
Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing with various levels of management, including translating complex ideas and data into actionable steps for business units
Experience:
Total experience of 6-8 years
