Job Description : Collaborate with business stakeholders, solution architects & designers to define the technical architecture on Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Marketing functions and effectively communicate to the build teams.
Define the technology architecture blueprint & establish road maps to provide solutions that is scalable for global countries.
Implement architecture designs & frameworks to support business processes that can scale huge volume of transactions and data volume at a global scale.
Document the technical architecture & design; wireframe the architecture designs using tools to create architecture diagrams to capture the future state improved processes.
Define the system architecture landscape by identifying the gaps between the current and the desired end states and deliver comprehensive solution that will enable achievement of the desired business outcomes in scalable way.
Develops detailed designs and technical specifications
Develops, configures, and tests software to meet user requirements and associated acceptance criteria, performance criteria and non-functional requirements in line with quality standards
Ensures that test plans and test cases are created to meet quality, functional and non-functional requirements
Undertakes qualitative peer reviews of the work activities of other development team members
Owning all technical aspects of Salesforce Marketing Cloud Administration and Integration
Driving consistent development practices – tools and common components; Developing deep understanding of tie-ins with other systems and platforms within the supported domains
Working with product managers contributing to blueprints, and assisting with planning of feature sets that impact multiple platforms
Building of stored procedures, reports, data extracts, SSIS packages and integrations is preferred
Documenting of customer problems and software solutions using BRDsFSDs, wireframes, diagrams, workflows and mockups is preferred
Providing technical consultation on various aspects of the product and solutions based on the customer’s business requirements
Creating, managing, and presenting an actionable BRD/FSD (Blueprint) that aligns a customer’s technical business needs to that of the Salesforce Marketing Cloud Solution
Executing development and advanced configuration activities per assigned work orders
Identifying project issues / risks and present alternatives to alleviate or resolve
Validating solution components and provide solution walkthrough with customer
Developing specialties in Salesforce Marketing Cloud data management, scripting languages, API, and app platform
Producing deliverables within a diverse, fast paced environment, collaborate effectively across global teams and juggle multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously
Experience architecting designing, programming, and configuring the Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform and deep functional understanding of its capabilities and limitations
Experience with Salesforce.com development tools and techniques, e.g. SOAP and REST APIs, JSON, AMP Script and SSJS
SQL with a RDBMS such as MySQL, Oracle, or MS SQL Server
HTML, XML, CSS and JavaScript
SOAP APIs, REST APIs and integration techniques
Object oriented programming languages such as .NET or JAVA, Ruby, C#, C++, Python
SDLC methodologies including requirements, design, implementation, testing and maintenance
Interactive marketing industry
Security standards such as TLS, SSL, SSO and data encryption
Good knowledge of SQL
Strong understanding of SDLC methodologies
Individual must be energetic, highly motivated, a self-starter, and willing to succeed
Ability to learn new technologies without formal training
Experience with technologies and processes for mobile and social media technologies, solutions, and strategies
Analyzes, codes, tests, and debugs applications
Constructs high quality code
Participates in projects through the various phases
Provides postproduction support
Provides development leadership to team members
Contributes to matrix teams designing and developing applications, modules, or enhancements
Prepares necessary documentation in order to guide technical design
Creates prototypes
Conducts code reviews
Performs troubleshooting and analysis to assess root cause of application issues
Maintains a high degree of knowledge on current technologies and tools
Makes recommendations to improve effectiveness of team
Assigns and oversees development tasks
Work with offshore resources
Ensures the practice of GDC code guidelines and best practices
Establishes and validates constructed code against unit test criteria
