Job Description : SSL Alacrity is a fast-going trading company based out of India. Alacrity is looking to hire professional accountant to support parent organization “Blue Bridge Logistics” in USA. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing accounting and administrative duties. This job role will provide you with the opportunity to grow your accounting knowledge and experience.Office timings to overlap with USA CST hours starting from 8:00 PM IST.Job location – VijayawadaJob Duties/Responsibilities: Generate all Sales/ Service Invoices, Delivery Challans & transport documents.Oversee all delivery operations. Co-ordinate with all Suppliers for timely delivery.Should prepare accurate, timely financial statements and submit to the managementPrepare Accounts Payable and Receivable statement on weekly / Monthly basis.Audit all financial transactions regularly.Manage day to day operations of the accounts department.Managing accounts payable (bill payments, petty cash etc.) and receivable through in a timely manner.Establish and maintain fiscal files and records to document transactionsMaintain and reconcile cash / financial accountsMaintain spreadsheets for monitoring and analyzing accounting data and prepare financial reportsPreparing table of accounts, assign entries to proper accounts to ensure proper accounting methods, principles and policies are being followedTo complete and coordinate annual audits and provide recommendations for improving procedures and systems for initiating corrective actionsTo allocate cash to different departments / divisions and ensure that the direct staff complies with it.Skills/Qualifications: Bachelors degree in business or a related discipline – BCom, MBA (finance)/ MCom/ CA & CMA-USA (Qualified & Semi Qualified) preferredCandidate should have at least 1-2 years experience as a professional accountantShould possess in-depth knowledge of General Accounting and other related finance activitiesMust have strong communication skills (Oral/Written)Company provides strong growth opportunities and above market pay along with various benefits and perks.Job Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentPay: ₹200,000.00 – ₹400,000.00 per yearSchedule:Evening shiftNight shiftEducation:Bachelor’s (Preferred)Experience:Accounting: 1 year (Preferred)Tally/Quick Books: 1 year (Preferred)
