Job Description : Position Summary:
Located in KONI India person will be supporting the business by taking the responsibility of several processes and providing support to the Finance organization both on local and group level.
Site Sales reporting and analysis: Provide a comprehensive picture of the overall sales and orders performance: analysis compared to Forecast and Business plan, per product segments and per customer.
Sales Budget & Forecast: Collecting, structuring and analyzing sales projections to ensure forecast accuracy by identifying top line assumptions and trends (growth per customer, region, product lines)
Responsible for monitoring and reporting the Order intake and backlog
Responsible for monitoring and reporting the efficiency and productivity in the plant
Manage & Drive Plant Starting Costs & Fixed Costs
Define & Tracking the Site P&L
Support the Operations in various production related Finance activities. (Production output and Scrap reporting; productivity analysis; Headcount reporting; P&L variances…)
General Accounting, Month end close activity and reporting
Compliances as per US GAAP , I GAAP , Tax requirements –support in filings and assessments
Compliance – ITT policies, handling Internal Audit , support in Statutory audit, filings as required under Companies act
Ensuring local compliances as per local laws related to factory and labor
Essential Responsibilities:
Analytical and critical thinking
Action oriented and pro-active
Advanced Excel skills
Ability to manage simultaneous deadline and work under pressure
Fluent in English
Good communicator
ERP knowledge of FI/CO would be a plus
Position Requirements:
Management Accountant / CA with 5-7 years’ experience in Accounting and finance
