Job Description : 1. Maintain accounts in Tally Prime accounting software2. Ensure accounting transactions with supporting documents and identify the correct accounts3. Work on bank reconciliation immediately after the month-end4. Make payment vouchers, cheques, invoices, receipts, etc.5. Work on the allocation of petty cash expenses after reimbursements6. Handle petty cash7. Work on debtors’ follow-up as and when required8. Interact regularly with the operation to ensure smooth functioning of the organization9. Work on the finalization of accounts and preparation of financial statements such as income statements & balance sheets10. Interact with statutory auditors up to the close of audit11. Protect the accounting data by taking regular backups12. Suggest cost-cutting measures to the top management13.
