Job Description : * Receiving invoices and Processing the same in different software’s* Preparation of payment details, Load payment due data in to check print.* Processing AP related Journal entries based on the supporting documents* Vendor database updation for adding, changing or deleting vendor information.* Processing of Employee reimbursements, payments jobs initiated according to Client disbursement schedule and email notification sent for the same to employees* Handle Queries from the clients* Preparation of Vendor reconciliation and clearing the open items as per the stipulated timelines.* Initiating Process Improvements across various activities assigned in AP.* Responsible for the consistent execution of stated company policies as it relates to all personnel* Handle exception management in the workflow and clear the same.*Update Work allocation matrix on completion of tasks on hand to measure performance / prepare monthly KPI metricsJob Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: ₹15,000.00 – ₹35,000.00 per monthSchedule:Night shiftApplication Question(s):How many years of General Ledger experience do you have?How many years of Bank Reconciliation experience do you have?Experience:Accounting: 1 year (Preferred)Speak with the employer+91-XXXXXXXXXXExpected Start Date: 12/03/2022
