Job Description : Job Title: Manager/Sr Manager – Mergers & AcquisitionsJob Objective : Formulate inorganic strategy. Identify and execute business growth objectives through successful sourcing, execution and integration of acquisitions/partnerships/JVs etcConduct competition analyses and formulate ways for businesses to stay ahead of the curve through strategic interventions.Conduct research and analysis of the industry to formulate view on various sub segments/sectors and come up with solutions to grow the business.Key Deliverables : M&A· > Support identification and evaluation of acquisition opportunitiesBusiness evaluation with support from business & other functionsAnalyze financials statements, Build valuation models and prepare business casesSupport and co-ordinate due diligence efforts, including assisting business teams, external advisorsAssist and advice in preparing bid documents, term sheets and other legal documentation, as and when required· Understand and as required, support development of M&A strategy· Interact with Business teams, I-bankers and management to identify and source acquisition and other related transactions for relevant businesses· Periodic tracking / analysis of:Competitive landscapeTrack potential acquisition targetsCompetitive M&A activityAnalysis of benchmarksJob Type: Full-timeSalary: ₹1,200,000.00 – ₹2,200,000.00 per yearSchedule:Day shiftEducation:Master’s (Preferred)Experience:Mergers & acquisitions: 6 years (Preferred)License/Certification:Chartered Accountant (Preferred)Speak with the employer+91-XXXXXXXXXX
