Job Description : Organize and maintain personnel recordsUpdate internal databases (e.g. record sick or maternity leave)Prepare HR documents, like employment contracts and new hire guidesRevise company policiesLiaise with external partners, like insurance vendors, and ensure legal complianceCreate regular reports and presentations on HR metrics (e.g. turnover rates)Answer employees queries about HR-related issuesAssist payroll department by providing relevant employee information (e.g. leaves of absence, sick days and work schedules)Arrange travel accommodations and process expense formsParticipate in HR projects (e.g. help organize a job fair event)Act as the point of contact between the executives and internal/external clientsUndertake the tasks of receiving calls, take messages and routing correspondenceHandle requests and queries appropriatelyMaintain diary, arrange meetings and appointments and provide remindersMake travel arrangementsTake dictation and minutes and accurately enter dataMonitor office supplies and research advantageous deals or suppliersProduce reports, presentations and briefsDevelop and carry out an efficient documentation and filing systemJob Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: ₹22,000.00 – ₹30,000.00 per monthBenefits:Cell phone reimbursementHealth insurancePaid time offSchedule:Day shiftSupplemental Pay:Yearly bonusCOVID-19 considerations:YesExperience:HR & Admin: 3 years (Required)total work: 1 year (Preferred)Language:English (Preferred)Speak with the employer+91-XXXXXXXXXX
