II. POSITION SUMMARY

This role will be acting as an EA to Managing Director and will be responsible for handling day to day activities.

III. DIMENSIONS:

Providing overall Administrative support to MD & respective teams.

IV. PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

This position is accountable for the following end results:

1. Responsible for filling up different forms required for Business purposes.
2. Supporting in various activities for onboarding and during exist of employees.
3. Coordinating for travel and responsible for the reimbursement of expenses in Concur.
4. Timesheet Management, Generating reports and handling WFH approvals.
5. Coordinating with concerned team for timesheet of TPC employees
6. Coordinating for approval on domestic allowance as per API process.
7. Verification and coordination related to various travel accessories (CC/Visa)
8. Calendar Management and overall office administration activities.
9. Excellent communication skills with fair understanding about Outlook
10. Flexible with the working schedules and ready to extend the support based on the business needs

11. Should have experience in managing / assisting leadership in similar industry.

V. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS

12+ Yrs of Exp in Secretarial and have experience on travel management, coordination between different department.Must have good written and verbal communication skills and hands-on MS-Office.Flexible to work as per the business requirements.Any graduate from recognized university.
