Job Description : Roles & Responsibilities: Responsible to provide an adequate and quick resolution to all queries/ complaints about email/phone calls from various external stakeholders/ regulatorsFollow an established turn-around time for management of different stakeholder’s queries/ complaintsProvide the necessary support to the external stakeholders via phone, email or social mediaRegular review of open complaints and sharing feedback both 1 on 1 and with the team to maintain an upward trend in their communication and resolution to grievancesMaintain and present an MIS for all customer queries/complaints received to the managementCIC reporting of loan accounts to credit bureausManage administration of the office: manage office supplies, assist all teams in clerical requirements, filing, and any other relevant task.Qualifications and requirements:Proficiency in English and excellent communication skills (speaking & writing)A minimum of 1-year experience in support teams.A bachelor’s degree in any domain is mandatory.Knowledge of mediation and conflict resolution techniques is preferable.Good listening and presentation skills.Working knowledge of Excel spreadsheets and MS Office.Demonstrated ability to assist the teams with any additional work as needed with a can-do attitude.Job Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentPay: ₹15,000.00 – ₹25,000.00 per monthSchedule:Day shiftExpected Start Date: 31/03/2022
