Job Description : Required back office admin any Male/Female for Overseas education consultants based in Maninagar, AhmedabadThose can apply who are comfortable with Locationmin 2+ yrs of relevant experience required as back office adminCandidate must have good communication skills with effective presentable skillsmust be graduatehaving good computer skillsRequirements :KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES Essential: Ability to work as part of a team and independently; excellent written and oral communication skills; well-developed organisational skills; diplomatic influencing and relationship-building skills, to work with others and to convert initial enquiries into successful enrolments; a high level of attention to detailRoles and ResponsibilitiesDocumentation of student visa process & requirements of countries like Canada, UK, USA, Australia, New Zealand, Europe etc.Will be the process owner for assigned clients (students) and ensuring that they are serviced and guided well from start to finish of the student Visa application process.Ensuring complete visa application documentation including all the financial & backgroundrelated papers.Helping team to manage the students and providing advice in preparing the visa filesLiaising with the students to confirm that everything is done before the interview date.Liaising with different embassies as and when required.Taking appropriate action/ decisions depending on the situation in order to get more visaapprovals.Undertaking the duties as per the requirement of the business, Strong reporting and documentation skills. Ensuring all student documents are correct before filing visa .
