Job Description : Main responsibilities
Administer the various messaging solutions: Exchange 2010-2016 platform, O365,
Guarantee the continuity of service to users on Messaging and Mobility solutions
Manage access rights to servers and applications based on profiles
Deal with escalated incidents in order to maintain general production and service conditions
Measure and optimize performance on messaging solutions
Participate in the evolution of existing infrastructure and infrastructure projects of Messaging, O365 topics.
Perform technology watch and propose improvements to optimize existing resources and provide expertise on existing solutions
