Job Description : The agronomy expert in the marketing profile is slightly different than the one working in the agronomy team of a company. The most important part of this profile is that you would be filling the gap of agriculture information for content creators/presenters and other members of the marketing team. Having said that you also have to be good at presenting the content in different forms (Text, Audio, or Video).Roles & Responsibilities- Perform extensive research for different regions & crops to acquire in-depth information for the creation of content.- Perform extensive research and keep the team updated on trends & news regarding agriculture and farming.- Perform extensive research of agronomy content consumption patterns across digital platforms & social media channels.- Create & curate crop-specific content appropriate to cropping patterns of different regions.- Develop content on a wide variety of agriculture topics and trends for multiple platforms.- Present the crop-specific created content in form across mediums which include the creation of scripts & story-making for a video/audio.- Creation of agronomy content within the application which includes Notifications, Agri Inputs, News Feeds, Banners, etc.- Work on creating quarterly plans for agronomy content which includes content creation for a season and support the marketing team by providing agronomy information wherever necessary (Assist in developing sales copy and content for marketing campaigns).- Perform regular audits to avoid errors and inconsistencies in agronomy content across platforms for BharatAgri.- Create compelling headlines and copies that will capture the attention of the target audience.- Host live sessions on social channels as a panelist along with various experts from the industry.- Provide information in form of text, images, illustration flows to designers & video editors.Skills & Expertise- Should be a good content presenter across mediums (Camera Friendly)- Should have a good understanding of content consumption on digital & social platforms- Readiness & desire to learn new skills related to the marketing function- Proven ability at writing for multiple platforms and content types, including length articles, technical agriculture copy, and digital content.- Experience in developing content plans and strategies- Ability to work well under pressure and in a startup environment with multiple projects- Team-building & leadership skills- Should be able to spot the problems & should have a constructive approach to solve them.Kindly revert with updated resume and mention current CTC, Expected CTC & Notice periodJob Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSchedule:Day shiftMorning shiftExperience:total work: 1 year (Preferred)
