Job Description : Job Responsibilities: Design and build advanced applications for the Android platformCollaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.Unit-test code for robustness, including edge cases, usability, and general reliability.Work on bug fixing and improving application performance.Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiencyPreferred Skill Set: Strong knowledge of Java,Kotlin,Android SDK, different versions of Android, and how to deal with different screen sizesFamiliarity with RESTful APIs to connect Android applications to back-end servicesStrong knowledge of Android UI design principles, patterns, and best practicesExperience with offline storage, threading, and performance tuningAbility to design applications around natural user interfaces, such as touchFamiliarity with cloud message APIs and push notificationsFamiliarity with the use of additional sensors, such as gyroscopes and accelerometerMust have experience in BLE and BT.Good understanding of unit, system and end to end testing and automation of mobile applications / Android applicationsFamiliarity with the MVC and MVVM design patternsKnowledge of the open-source ecosystem and the libraries available for common tasksExperience building, testing and distributing native apps that consume RESTful servicesHands-on coding, systems analysis, design, and delivery of projects assignedAt least three native applications deployed in the play-storeProficient understanding of code versioning tools such as GITQualifications 3-6 years Android app development experience.Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related technical disciplineSelf-motivated with the ability to drive features to deliveryShould have Strong Hands on experience in developing High Performance mobile applicationsStrong analytical and problem solving skillsExcellent oral and written communication skillsGood logical sense, strong technical skills and the ability to learn new technologies quicklyJob Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSchedule:Morning shift
