Job Description : Assistant Administrative ManagerLocation : Kottayam/calicutJob Description1. Promotion of the courses and training activities through both online and offline2. Deal the enquiries, Telemarketing, Follow up calls when required3. Advise students on courses offered, career opportunities and related details.4. Coordination of Training and placement Department.5. Coordination with the other branches, admins and faculties.6. Coordinating the team meetings and preparation of minutes as per demand.7. Scheduling batches and assigning faculty.8. Coordination of staff recruitment, student’s placement, recruitment and consultancy related activities.Desired candidate profile1. Good interpersonal skills & communication skills2. Social media knowledge, creativity are added advantages.3. 1 -3 years experience as Admin/counselor in any training institute preferred.4. Exposure in IT background is highly desirable5. Candidates flair of customer relation/PR preferred6.
