* Duties and Responsibilities – • Identification of premises for branch office and certification of the completion of the furnishing work at the new offices • Travel to assigned locations frequently for inspection & having update on upkeep of location & ensuring the companies set standards with regards to administration are followed at location. • Put in place reporting & monitoring mechanisms for control of expenses
Required Qualifications and Experience
* Graduate with 2-3 years of experience in Administration (or) reliable department. Should be a Strong team player and well versed with Admin support services. Should be well versed with Windows, MS Office & Internet Applications. Should have good mailing communication and basic drafting skills. pro-active and a reliable individual with ability to perform best in challenging situations
