KEY RESPONSIBILITIESIdeate / conceptualize/ visualize / write / produce / direct / edit out of box ideas for on-air promos for all the content (movies/shows/music) of Star Maa networkEnsure that the promos have a fresh perspective and are ahead of competition at all timesInfusing the local flavor and nuances of the Telugu culture into the promos making it compelling and relevantMaintain high creative and production standards in all campaigns & promos and in line with the channel’s philosophy and delivering on time & on budgetPartner with the content teams in identifying and unlocking the best brief and the subsequent campaign thought from thereStrategizing & coming up with novel and creative ideas for promosKeep the audience guessing and eagerly waiting for the episodes by innovatively creating multiple points of view around high points and develop them to eye catching hooking promosResponsible for look and feel of the channel through brilliant packaging and
creative graphical elements that blend with the programming and channel identity
Actively partner with Marketing/Strategy teams to develop campaigns built on
regional insights and connect with local audiences
Create showreels, AVs and flash ppts as and when requiredNurture creativity in the team, coach & mentor the OAP and Graphics teams.

QUALIFICATIONGraduates with a specialization in Mass Communication/ Film & Television will be preferred.13 – 15 yrs experience in the field of creating TVCs/ promos / editing
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLSGood communication skillsAbility to transfer insights to create audio visual CommunicationEye for detail and a sense of good creative judgmentUpdated with viewer behavior and choicesUnderstanding on marketing campaign plansHigh energy, assertive and ability to deal with multiple stakeholdersAbility to work under pressure and tight deadlinesAwareness and interest on audio visual storytelling and advertisingProficient in Telugu language
