This role will perform activities to ensure accurate and timely processing of invoices and making payments for Global Precisely. This role has daily interaction with other departments across the company therefore it requires advanced verbal and communication skills.
Responsibilities:
You Will:
Complete Accounts payable activites for Global Precisely.
Perform reporting activities as per specific deadlines.
Process AP invoices after general checks complying with Accounts Payable policies and procedures.
Monitor Purchase order process and approvals.
Administer Employee T&E expense processing and payments.
Resolution of vendor inquiries.
Review aged payable reports and addressing delinquent items with vendors.
Assist with monthly closing responsibilities as assigned.
Reconcile various balance sheet accounts.
Work on Coupa Expenses & Travel and NetSuite ERP.
Other duties may be assigned.
Qualifications:
You Have:
3 years of experience in customer invoicing.
Bachelor’s degree or master’s degree in commerce.
Advance knowledge of Excel.
Able to handle internal and external users queries independently.
Preferred Requirements:
Knowledge about Coupa and Netsuite will be an added advantage.
Proficiency with Word, PPT, MS Office.
