You will enhance our go-to-market strategy and execute flawless product launches by understanding the market landscape, segmenting your target audience, creating the strategic positioning, and executing it with the help of the marketing team.Responsibilities:Driving top-of-funnel growth, from awareness to app download to revenue generationDeveloping customer acquisition strategies, from strategy to leading the executive to earn the resultsMeasuring and improving the unit economics for sustainable growthBuilding partnerships with Ed-tech Influencers and InstitutesYou will be experimenting and executing on the following channels to achieve our growth goals: * Content marketing + SEO * Channel partnerships with Influencers and Institutes * Digital Marketing, Paid ads on Google, Facebook, Twitter * Offline and Online Promotional and Referral programsRequirements:2+ years of experience in marketing and growth, preferably at a high-growth startup in the education technologyAdaptive Approach where you can think out of the box to bring innovative ideas and at the same time can roll up sleeves and enter the ground to execute strategies.Can do a lot with limited resourcesJob Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: ₹55,000.00 – ₹70,000.00 per monthSchedule:Day shiftSupplemental Pay:Performance bonusEducation:Bachelor’s (Preferred)Experience:Business development: 1 year (Preferred)Sales: 1 year (Preferred)Language:English (Preferred)Speak with the employer+91-XXXXXXXXXX
