Job Description : Duties & Responsibilities: – Guide the chairman and the all board Members to ensure they are operating meetings in accordance with rules and regulationsfacilitate good communication between the board, committees, senior management and non-executive directors, and shareholdersTake responsibility for the administration of the company, for example: maintaining statutory books, including registers of members, directors, and secretaries, and shareholders with all their past and present shareholdings, organizing board meetings and annual general meetings (AGMs), preparing agendas and taking minutesfile necessary documents with Companies House, such as annual tax returns and audit reportsMonitor changes in relevant legislation and the regulatory environment and take appropriate action.Liaise with external regulators and advisers, such as lawyers and auditors.To develop and oversee the systems that ensure the company complies with all applicable codes.Drive PR activities related to aspects of financial managementResponsible For Convene and Conduct AGMs, General Meetings, take minutes, draft resolutions, and lodge required forms and annual returns with appropriate departments.Personal requirementsHardworkingEnglish must be perfect, Inclination to learn & deliver obedience & respect towards seniors.Good awareness, Sincerely, Punctually & good level of I.Q.Job Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: ₹35,000.00 per monthBenefits:Cell phone reimbursementSchedule:Day shiftApplication Question(s):Have you ever work with manufacturing firm?Experience:company secretry: 5 years (Preferred)Language:English (Preferred)Speak with the employer+91-XXXXXXXXXX
