Job Description : We are looking for a Digital Project Manager for a well reputed Retail client :
Roles and Responsibilities
As a Digital Project Manager, you will be entrusted with all aspects of a timely delivery of a results-driven website of Converse by managing design, development and deployment of Converse Website project from beginning until the end in Magento Platform. Moreover, you shall also oversee the functionality of the Magento website, evaluate and manage website performance, facilitate hosting and server management and also be for preparing requirement analysis, impact analysis and design for development.
Digital Project Manager Requirements:
Develop and follow the scope of Converse Magento run website that goes from the proposal stage to the technical work up, and finally to the delivery of the web product.
Execute and lead the design process basis global guidelines / SOPs of a website by working with an agency team of graphic designers, writers and web developers.
Manage full lifecycle project execution, including but not limited to: Project kick-off meetings with internal teams.
Create, improve and use wireframes, prototypes, style guides, user flows, and effectively communicate your interaction ideas using any of these methods.
Aim to meet all project goals within the specified budget of the organization; adjust practices to reflect cost saving measures.
Generate periodic project status reports to be presented to company stakeholders; detail data, tasks and processes.
Determining any functionality/plug-ins that the site must support and developing required content as par approved design.
Respond to and troubleshoot all website issues with agency .
Ability to collaborate closely with Converse Global teams for execution of magento website – developers, copywriters and UX designers.
Design solutions for customer problems related to Converse online commerce, corporate identity or other website presence issues.
Work to find and solve any problems with the function of a web project by implementing testing processes and working with technical staff/agency in order to address any issues. Digital Project Manager Skills and Qualifications
A degree in computer science, IT, systems engineering, or related qualification ( Magento Platform)
At least 4 years of experience in website implementation (magento) to execution experience, managing projects/ project management in a creative setting with a web development firm/ consumer brand
Have solid technical understanding of the web technologies and solutions behind these projects and strong computer skills.
Excellent Knowledge of Website Development & Flow
Experience in communicating with agency in various ways
Knowledge about the development and design of online sites
Ability to manage many different jobs and meet deadlines consistently
