EPPM Administrator
Responsibilities:
Able to manage the EPPM and ERM application, Project Online and Saviom
Should be able to setup the organization structure
Should be able to setup accessibility for organizations with required security conditions
Able to troubleshoot the issues with Project Online and Saviom
Must have good understanding on Office 365 and services
Should have excellent problem-solving skills and good in supporting end users worldwide
Must be good at ITIL process in supporting and have a good knowledge in ticketing solution
Able to support users remotely and effectively, still maintaining SLA
Should be able to perform required end user and server upgrades
Operating system knowledge is mandatory to handle the infrastructure
Any MCSA or Microsoft certification for Office 365 or Project Online is added advantage
Qualifications:
Must have 4-8 years of experience as administrator of EPPM solution like MS Project Online
Strong foundation knowledge on EPPM concepts & fundamentals of Project Management
Should have worked as L2 administrator & support engineer on one of the industries known EPPM solutions
Should have manufacturing and software domain expertise to map the functional use cases with software
Mandatory to have used a industries known IT ticketing systems like ServiceNow, Remedy or others
Must have hands on experience in supporting the solution for user access management, program, project, and resource related issues & troubleshooting
It’s mandatory to have working or very good knowledge on more than one EPPM software in the industry. MS Project Online gets high priority
Hands on technical experience in data migration
Hands on technical experience in software upgrade process
Knowledge on third party migration & system management software/tools
Have good knowledge end user compute and its role in any EPPM deployment (desktop client & browser compatibility)
Good exposure and experience into cloud Vs on premise solutions
Must have Program, Project, and Resource Management process & knowledge
Experience in Windows 2012 Server OS & PowerShell scripting
Scripting in SQL Server (Query building skills)
Expert in ticket reports and presentations
