:
Ready to understand and work in Agri Insurance vertical
Analytical, problem solving, project management skills, Organizational and leadership skills
Create BRD, test cases in a clear, concise manner
Translate business and technical needs into requirement document
Understand project scope and able to do requirement elicitation with stakeholder
User acceptance testing as per the defined Functional test cases
Create and maintain analysis or domain models for the requirement
Act as a key interface between stakeholders, IT and partner development teams. Liaising with technology teams, support teams and business units
Capture minutes and circulated with all required stakeholders
Track completion of activities/tasks as per the minutes or requirement planner and escalate wherever required to ensure activities are completed on time.
Maintain tracker of development and bug, timely reporting of development status
Involve across SDLC value chain right
Participate and contribute in Ideation, prototype building
Proactively own, track and report across the process involved
Good to Have-
Minimum 2 years of experience in SDLC as analyst or consultant would be preferred
Working understanding of IT project development
Experience in NBFC/Banks/Insurance IT infra migration experience
Understanding of Crop Insurance Business
