Job Description : Urgent looking for Factory operation admin manager (Only Male candidate ) Location – NarelaKey Responsibilities : Place direct and indirect materials orders as requested. Monitor prices and undertake cost reduction initiatives. Progress ordersReceive both indirect and direct material orders, book in and process the paperworkLog hours booked by both direct and indirect personnel. Maintain holiday and sickness diaryReceive completed job packs and close out jobs as requiredTake incoming telephone calls and forward to relevant personnelReceive and take care of visitorsBe responsible for the management of stationary and vending suppliesSupply monthly reports to the Production Director, including Work in Progress statisticsPerform other administrative duties as required to ensure the smooth running of the factory officeQualifications and Experience: Working in an office environment with experience of following procedures for data input, retrieval and documentation controlPreviously worked in an administration roleBe computer literate and have a good level of Excel, Word and Outlook skillsExcellent communication skills both verbal and writtenPositive attitude and comfortable dealing with clients and suppliersJob Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: ₹30,000.00 – ₹40,000.00 per monthSchedule:Day shiftAbility to commute/relocate:Delhi, Delhi, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)Experience:Admin & Operation: 1 year (Preferred)total work: 1 year (Preferred)Speak with the employer+91-XXXXXXXXXX
