Job Description : Job Description: Managing All accounting operations including AP, AR, GL, Cost Accounting, Inventory Accounting and Revenue Recognition.Direct Accounting and Finance Team to ensure adherence to Company Policies and Procedures and to ensure compliance with all the applicable laws, rules and regulations.Devise Financial Policies, Procedure and Reporting Standards to maximize returns on financial Assets and Investments.Co-ordination and participation in Preparation of budget and financial forecast and development of effective financial reporting system and financial analysis.Ensure timely completion of Internal and external Audit and develop plant to take corrective action on Audit RecommendationPreparation and review of Periodical Financial Statements as per IND AS and other applicable laws.Improving efficiencies and reducing cost across the business.Provide Advise and guidance on various aspects of business to top Management.Qualification an Experience: CA Degree is a must.Should have worked on SAPMinimum 10 to 12 years of experienceProven track record of developing maintaining policies, procedures, and strong internal controls.Thorough knowledge of Accounting Principles, New Ind AS, Taxation Laws and Corporate Laws is a must.Strong Leadership Qualities.Excellent Communication Skills, Interpersonal Skills and Analytical Skills.Job Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: ₹100,000.00 – ₹200,000.00 per monthSchedule:Day shiftEducation:Master’s (Preferred)Experience:total work: 10 years (Preferred)SAP Manufacturing: 5 years (Preferred)Team management: 5 years (Preferred)IND AS: 5 years (Preferred)Speak with the employer+91-XXXXXXXXXX
