Job Description : Role : Finance Officer/ ManagerResponsibilitiesManage operations of the finance department, set SOP and monitor goals and objectives are met.Correspond with principals / agents to ensure monthly SOAs are done as per agreed time frameProvide financial reports and interpret financial information to managerial while recommending further courses of action.Maintain the financial health of the organization.Manage the preparation of Indian operation budget.Analyse costs, pricing, variable contributions, sales results and the company’s actual performance compared to the business plans.Develop trends and projections for the firm’s finances.Conduct reviews and evaluations for cost-reduction opportunities.Liase with auditors to ensure appropriate monitoring of company finances is maintained.Ensure compliance of statutory requirements of GST / TDS / PTRequirements and skillsExperience in shipping industryA solid understanding of financial statistics and accounting principlesWorking knowledge of all statutory legislation and regulationsSound knowledge of Tally softwareStrong interpersonal, communication and presentation skillsAble to manage, guide and lead employees to ensure appropriate financial processes are being usedB.Com/M.Com/Inter CA Proven experience as a Financial Manager5-10 Years professional experienceSalary : As per industry standard.Job Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentPay: ₹20,000.00 – ₹25,000.00 per monthBenefits:Provident FundSchedule:Day shiftExperience:Accountants: 4 years (Preferred)total work: 6 years (Preferred)
