Job Description : We are seeking an Accountant – to join our team! In this role you will maintain financial records and ensure that financial transactions are properly recorded. You will gain exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function.The candidate should be willing to step up in the digital environment, take initiative for delivering quality work. Background in Accounting and CA firms is desirable.Person should be having experience in Direct and Indirect Taxation, application & conceptual knowledge are pre-requisites.A Day in the Life:Monthly TDS filing, Expense record maintenance and reimbursement.Work with the CA team for monthly GST filings.Invoicing / tracking the payments.Softex forms/ STPI process.Salary schedulingPF/ ESIC filing / PT records.Vendor payments, utility bill payments and recordkeeping.Asset records maintenance.Professional tax payments and work with the CA team in annual filing.Ensures the accuracy of entries to ledger accounts and reconciliations.Help in preparing balance sheets, profit and loss statements and other financial reportsAnalyzes current costs, revenues, financial commitments, and obligations incurred to predict future revenues and expensesCompiles financial data in the preparation of balance sheets, profit and loss statements and other financial reportsWe’d love to chat if you have…Experience:3 to 4 years of experience in understanding invoice/billing process, reconciling customer ledger, sending outstanding statements, follow up for recoveries, resolving customer queriesStrong accounting concepts and knowledge.Good work experience mainly in Accounts Receivable, Payables & Billing/Invoicing, GST, TDS.Excellent communication skillsHas worked in organizations having international presence.Ability to work well in a team environment and independently, while tackling complex problems.Sound knowledge of MS Office and have good exposure.A Bachelor of commerce or M.com or MBA Finance.Computer/Technical:Proficient in Office 365 – Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.Demonstrate ability to learn and understand basic office software applicationsOther Skills:Excellent verbal and written communication, organization and follow up skillsExcellent relationship building skills and ability to work both individually and as a member of a team are necessaryProven ability to handle multiple tasks with minimal supervisionAbility to maintain confidentiality.Knowledge of statutory, legal, shop, factory compliances.Knowledge of labor laws/ GST process.Help in office administration.Job Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: From ₹300,000.00 per yearBenefits:Health insuranceProvident FundWork from homeSchedule:Day shiftFlexible shiftAbility to commute/relocate:Aundh, Pune – 411007, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)Experience:total work: 3 years (Preferred)
