The CIB DPS (Digital & Platform Services) team provides oversight and support for JPMC’s Corporate & Investment Banking DPS Group, a $6.9B organization that partners with all business lines in the CIB and firm-wide to support the Technology and Operation groups.
Key Responsibilities

Complete ownership of CIB DPS P&A month-end reporting and involves extensive partnering with Central P&A and Finance & Business Managers (F&BMs)
Supervising and executing month end activities includes tracking, incorporating movements, data aggregation, validations & mappings
Expense and headcount reporting against plan/ outlook, variance analysis, tracking movements across functions/ individual business
Preparing Executive Management Report (EMR)/ Financials Decks on monthly basis & during Budgeting for DPS CFO & Management team
Effective engagement with CIB DPS F&BMs & Central teams for understanding business drivers & Indirect Allocations
Support on monthly forecast, mid-year outlook and annual budgeting exercise and other ad-hoc reporting/ analysis
Support key DPS initiatives – e.g. expense reduction program, productivity, Risk & Opportunity tracking etc
Provide support for management reviews and value-added analytics
Drive process improvements and consistency of approach within the DPS P&A team.
Qualifications
Chartered Accountant / MBA in finance with at least 8-10 years of working experience in financial planning, forecasting and variance/ trend analysis will be preferred
Competencies / skills required

Experience in Banking / financial services industry and working with global stakeholders
Focus on service delivery / client satisfaction
Ability to analyze and interpret financial reports
Ability to work independently & also provide oversight & direction to team/colleagues
Team oriented, inquisitive, critical thinker who anticipates questions from internal clients and senior management
Effective people and stakeholder management skills
Strong analytical skills, effective communication abilities, proven track record of working well within teams and ability to interact with people at different levels and across countries
Strong attention to detail in supporting management reporting with clear and concise data analysis and presentation
Experience in Alteryx/Tableau for management reporting would be an added advantage
Excellent Excel skills: knowledge in Macros and financial modeling would be an advantage
Strong analytical and problem solving skills with ability to analyze large data sets and present conclusions concisely
