Position :

Job Description : The role oversees corporate finance & business finance disciplines within the company.
As a Financial Controller you would be reporting to Company’s Founder and assist him as Finance Advisory towards Business growth, Financial health and Fund raise. A more detailed responsibility matrix comprise of
Managing all accounting operations including Billing, A/R, A/P, GL and Counsel, Cost accounting, Inventory Accounting and Revenue Recognition
Coordinate and direct the preparation of the budget and financial forecasts and report variances.
Prepare and publish timely monthly financial statements.
Coordinate the preparation of regulatory reporting
Research technical accounting issues for compliance
Support month-end and year-end close process
Ensure quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting
Manage and comply with local, state, and federal government reporting requirements and tax filings
Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls.
Additional controller duties as necessary.
Financial Planning & Strategic Growth design of the company.
Be Involved in managing MIS & Investor relations.
Requirements
5+ Yrs of relevant working experience as a Financial Controller/ Business finance role in a SaaS Company.
Good Understanding of SaaS Business principles & growth metrics.
Advanced degree in Accounting / Finance / Business Finance.
Thorough knowledge of accounting principles and procedures
Experience with creating financial statements / MIS.
Experience with general ledger functions and the month-end/year end close process.
Excellent accounting software user and administration skills
Prior experience in working with both startups and established organisation
Ability to work in a fast paced environment
Have experience building Finance teams.
