Job Description
Responsibilities:
Understand the product vision of the organization and align the development process flow accordingly

Protect the Intellectual Property, Information Security of the company. Client and the end users

Adhere to all the policies and procedures

Design and build b2b/b2c cross-platform mobile apps for iOS and Android business mobile applications including backend & front-end development.

Collaborate With cross-functional teams to analyze, design, and ship new features

Build and publish applications in app stores adhering to the app store’s policies.

Implement new technologies to maximize application performance

Participate in the entire application lifecycle, focusing on coding and debugging

Perform UI tests to optimize performance

Gather and address technical and design requirements

Identify gaps, issues and work around solutions

Understand the delivery process and participate in the client related support services Provide training and support to internal teams

Must Be familiar with configuration and deployments of application on Server/ Cloud Infrastructure in windows/Linux environments.

Analyze Business requirements, provide time and effort estimation.

Understanding fundamental design principles behind a well-architect-ed application so that next generation of scalable and maintainable applications can be built.

Troubleshoot and debug applications

Provide training and support to internal teams

Unit-test code for robustness, including edge cases, usability, and general reliability

Good exposure in GETX, Provider, bloc pattern and VIPER design pattern

Strong in technical knowledge and understanding in flutter + fire base domain

Good at analyzing requirements and debugging code.

Design, code, test, debug and document software according to the functional requirements

Should be comfortable implementing the allocated task independently

Should be organized and focused on delivering research tasks within defined deadlines

Must be dynamic, flexible and possess perseverance skills

Develop, maintain and support programs/tools for internal and external clients

Good in communication in English ( verbal, written & presentation skills)

Multi tasker and is able to work under pressure should be able to think out of the box, solution driven and passionate about the work

Should have understanding of business objectives and organization structure

The candidate must have strong work ethics and trustworthiness.

The candidate should work accurately with attention to detail by maintaining confidentiality and integrity

Must be highly collaborative and team oriented with commitment to excellence

Ability to work under pressure to achieve the multiple daily deadlines for client deliverable, with a mature approach
