Job Description : JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Serves visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately.Scheduling appointments and support visitors.Notifies company personnel of visitor arrival.Answering, screening and forwarding incoming phone.Exhibits polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail.Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms and brochures).Provide excellent patient service.Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.Assisting colleagues with administrative tasks.Performing ad-hoc administrative duties.Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner.Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational trainings.SKILLS REQUIRED: Bachelor’s degree in any field.Prior experience as a receptionist or in a related field.Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Professional attitude and appearance.Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g. fax machines and printers).Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasksJob Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: From ₹8,000.00 per monthBenefits:Paid sick timeProvident FundSchedule:Night shiftSupplemental Pay:Overtime payAbility to commute/relocate:Raipur, Raipur – 492001, Chhattisgarh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)Application Question(s):How much you are proficient with MS- Office?
