Job Description : We are seeking an exceptionally capable senior member technical to join our Hyderabad based Risk and STANCE groups. Risk-tech team works on modelling statistics and developing tools to support the various functions of the risk-committee, risk-analysis and other groups in the firm. From infra to domain, the scale of the problems to be solved is vast given we handle Risk computation, monitoring and reporting across asset classes (for firm wide trades and positions). The Treasury Tech team focuses include developing an interactive data visualization dashboard/UI to integrate our data sources and allow Treasury to monitor and report important information about our counterparty relationships at various levels. Building workflow tools that streamline the existing manual processes to enable efficient reporting and developing state of the art platform to enable robust historical analysis for additional insights about expense and relationship trends are some key areas where the tech team contributes actively.

What you’ll do day-to-day
You will have an opportunity to solve challenging technical problems, from persistence store to scalable backend to performance optimization to reusable UI business components. You will get to interact with wide variety of groups to understand their data/finance modelling & reporting/dashboard requirements (ranging from backend infra changes to reporting), and work closely with business in analyzing the data and understanding the requirements (ranging from modelling to backend infra changes to reporting) to come up with technical solutions and implement the same. From an SDLC point, you will work on the entire lifecycle – requirements gathering, design, implementation, and deployment. You’ll design and develop complex systems required for various reporting needs and pioneer development of new generation UI tools required for the respective Business groups. Given the group deals with Firm wide data sets, you will have the opportunity to build reusable tools (both backend as well as frontend).

Who we’re looking for
Candidates should have a Bachelor’s or equivalent Master’s degree in technology, along with two and a half years to four years of work experience in related domains or financial services industry.
The ideal candidate should be self-motivated, result oriented, have strong analytical & problem solving skills, quick learner, gives high attention to detail and is able to meet tight deadlines.
The candidate should possess significant full stack development experience with Python in back end and React/Redux in front end as a prerequisite.
Candidates having previous experience working with large data sets is an advantage, as is experience or familiarity with financial markets and statistics.
Candidates must have the ability to multitask and manage multiple lines of execution with attention to detail and quality.
The candidate should have excellent written and oral communication skills along with strong interpersonal skills.
