Accounts- Day to day supervision of statutory books of accounts, Monthly closing, Yearly finalization of Balance sheet, Co-ordination with auditors, Internal Control
Finance- Managing smooth cash flow for business – Timely payment to vendors & collection from customers, Liaison with Banks
Taxation – TDS, Sales Tax, Service Tax & Excise – Timely payment of taxes, Filling the required & periodical returns for TDS, Sales Tax, Service Tax & Excise, Taking care of Cenvat, Liaison with Tax department
Budgeting, Costing & MIS – Preparation of Operational Budget, Variance Reports, Cost Control, &Preparation & Analysis of Cost & Other required MIS Reports.
Finance & Accounts department of corporate & other units, All the department of Sanand plant
Auditors, Banks, Income Tax, Sales Tax, Excise & Service Tax department
Chartered Accountant – 20 years’ experience with manufacturing industries
Technical – Accounting Standard & Taxation, ERP & MS office
Behavioral – Positive Attitude, Analytical, People Management& Leadership skill
