Job Description : Job description – HR Head OperationsRoles and ResponsibilitiesKRAWe are looking for a Head of HR Operations to oversee all personnel-related matters and ensure we use our resources beneficially and effectively.Human Resource Management: Head of HR Operations responsibilities include designing budgets, applying company policies and managing internal HR systems. To be successful in this role, you should have extensive HR experience in senior roles and good knowledge of Human Resources Management software.Ultimately, you will ensure our HR department operates efficiently and aligns with our business objectives.Responsibilitiesü Responsible for overall recruitment of the Organization/Groupü Ensure our record keeping and data processing proceduresü Lead HR projects like compensation plans revisionsü Implement functional HRMS and internal databases across all departments and locationsü Oversee our payroll and performance evaluation systemsü Design company policies and proceduresü Review and update our employment contracts and agreementsü Prepare budgets by departmentü Track key HR metrics like cost per hire and retention ratesü Manage internal communication projects (like job satisfaction surveys)ü Measure the effectiveness of our benefits programs and recommend improvementsü Coordinate employee training and development initiativesRequirementsü Work experience as a Sr Manager HR / Head of HR Operations or similar roleü Experience with Human Resources Information Systems including payroll toolsü Knowledge or ability to work with ERP softwareü Experience in designing compensation and benefits programsü Good knowledge of labor legislationü Leadership abilitiesQualifications & Skills: ü MBA in Human Resources Management is mustü 7-12 years of relevant experienceü Excellent analytical and problem solving skillsü Strong verbal and written communication skillsMale Candidates Preferred.Perks and Benefits: Package offered 5.40 -6.0 lacs per annumRole: Human Resource ManagementIndustry Type: Boat Manufacturing/ Software ProductFunctional Area: Human Resource / PersonnelEmployment Type: Full Time, PermanentRole Category: Human Resource ManagementJob Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: ₹45,000.00 – ₹50,000.00 per monthSchedule:Day shift
