Roles and Responsibilities

The main activities & objectives:
As an international tax analyst your responsibilities will include the preparation
and maintenance of US tax filings, documents and reports. This includes
preparation of Forms 5471, 8858, 8865 & 1118 and preparation of supporting
calculations. Other responsibilities include the preparation of various Canadian
tax filings including corporate annual reports, business registrations, and
franchise taxes; preparation of miscellaneous U.S. tax forms as needed
throughout the year; monitor SAP withholding tax activity; and obtain and
maintain documentation to support non-US income taxes paid by company
foreign subsidiaries.
Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications:
2-4 years of Experience in U.S International Tax Compliance, exposure to
transfer pricing a plus;
Bachelor of Science in Accounting required, CPA or MBA a plus;
Minimum of 2 years experience in a corporate or public accounting
environment;
Experience with SAP, Corptax, Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word;
Candidate should possess strong communication, analytical, and critical
thinking skills. Candidate should also have strong computer skills and
experience with spreadsheet applications. Experience with U.S. GAAP
accounting, especially the rules of ASC740 and related experience with
OneSource Provision software is a plus.
