Job Description : Roles and Responsibilities :1. Advanced Accounting knowledge including closure of Books on a periodic basis.2. Advanced knowledge on TDS, GST, ESI, PF and PT and handling complex matters.3. Payroll Computation and handling complex payroll matters including Labour compliances.4. Liaison with client to get all information needed to discharge your duties and in a timely bound manner4. Reporting on periodic basis to Managers on work results.5. Strong organizational & communication skills and possess a teamwork mentality6. Knowledge sharing & training the Accounts Executives on various changes in the Tax laws.7. Actively review existing processes, take suggestions from the team for process improvements, implement changes and automate wherever possible.Desired Candidate Profile :1. Any individual with 2-4 year experience in a CA firm or corporate2. Should be open minded and eager to learn new things.3.
