Job Description : Position SummaryEnsure a great employee and candidate experience at all times and act as a facilitator for all People Operations & Administration activities.Responsibilities Coordinate the Talent Acquisition activities.Coordinate the Induction and Orientation program for the new recruits.Keep track of the attendance and payroll as per the company policy.Coordinate the Performance Appraisal review process in regular intervalsExecute the learning and development program.Facilitate employee rewards and recognition programmes, team building activities etc.Maintain the company policies and SOPs.Consolidate the employee feedback and suggestions for improvement.Management of employee databases from onboarding to offboarding.Coordinate the Internship Programme to enable students to be corporate readySupport Sales & Marketing team by managing tender and business applicationsCarry out delegated tasks assigned by the HR Manager.Eligibility Criteria Educational QualificationBachelors/ Masters in Human Resources or related field/ an equivalent Post Graduate DiplomaWork Experience 0-2 yearsLanguage Skills Fluent reading, writing and speaking abilities in English.CompetenciesContribute to individual and organisational performance.Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsRespect for diversity and create harmony in the workplace.Knowledge of Basic IT skills.Job Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentPay: From ₹12,000.00 per monthSchedule:Day shiftExperience:HR: 1 year (Preferred)Human Resources Occupations: 1 year (Preferred)total work: 1 year (Preferred)Language:English (Preferred)Speak with the employer+91-XXXXXXXXXXApplication Deadline: 31/03/2022
